Chef Brandon Patton began his culinary career in 2000 at Capital City Country Club; while studying culinary arts at The Art Institute of Atlanta. Training under Executive Chef Christophe Joignant he was able to learn and understand all the dynamics of the classical French kitchen brigade. After leaving the country club he went on to join the Restaurant force working for several other French, Italian, Jamaican, Norwegian and Australian Chefs. Two years ago, by chance, he was fortunate enough to meet Craig and Belinda Fitch. He soon realized he had found a family who shares in his love and passion for not just incredible food, but flawless service. “We do everything with our heart and soul. Everyone who is a part of this family must have passion. Our passion will always set us apart from our competitors.” Brandon believes in serving high quality ingredients and keeping things simple. “Great ingredients speak for themselves.” His favorite part of being in the event business, is being able to play a part in creating an unforgettable moment for each one of his clients.
